 We offer different fitness program that includes: Exercise, Encouragement, and Accountability.  Please know that we will be doing cardio, that consist of running and other exercises to get your heart rate up.



                                            
How Is Get A Grip Fitness Boot Camp Different Than Other Fitness Camps?
  • Even if you are not in shape you can do Get a Grip Boot Camp!We proudly offer an exceptional fitness experience catered to women/men of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Wherever you are, you will always feel encouraged, never feel left behind or like you are waiting on someone else.
  • On average, you can see a decrease in pant size by 1 to 2 sizes, in just 4 weeks!               
  • You will see strength training, a variety of cardio, Pilates, yoga based stretching and more!
  • Bootcamps typically last 5 days a week for 4 weeks.
**Important** Commitment and consistency are key to getting the results you want from boot camp. Make sure you are there! You've made the commitment--you owe it to yourself to follow through!!!
